"We recently had our old downstairs heat pump/AC system quit cooling and reached out to Spartan Mechanical for a service call. Their technician diagnosed the problem and even checked to see if the unit was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the previous installer we were using did not turn in the paperwork for the extended warranty on our old heat pump. Spartan gave us pricing for repairing our old system and for three models of York brand units to choose from. After having our upstairs system replaced by Spartan last summer, we decided to upgrade the downstairs system to a York heat pump/AC system. Their team were sent to do our unit swap. After the job was complete, they gave us a call to check in on the work and to get our information to turn in the warranty paperwork for the system.
